Hi Folk,
   
  Just a quick reminder that our Sunday practices will be at MLA gym starting this coming Sunday. We'll start at 2 as usual (oh, don't forget to change clocks too). Remember your gym-floor-acceptable shoes. And I want to add a thank you to the folk at MLA for letting us use their gym, and Cubstride (aka Valentine) for making the arrangements.
